Lease portfolio readiness review

Fixed fee by portfolio band (under 40 / 40–120 / 120+ leases). Includes one remediation workshop.
Year-end lease disclosure support
HK$12,000 day rate or HK$32,000 pack
Choose a day-rate workshop or a fixed pack covering maturity table, expense split, and two drafting rounds.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and reporting currencies

Deposits and invoicing
A 40% deposit is due on engagement letter signature. The balance is invoiced at draft report delivery. Disclosure and modification work may be billed on completion when the fee is under HK$20,000.
